A course is the best way to embed a mindful culture within your team and provide them with the skills to live more mindful lives. Following the renowned ‘Breathworks’ curriculum, the course will teach your team the skills to:

  • Stay focused and on task
  • Manage stress 
  • Bounce back from challenges and set-backs
  • Communicate well with others
  • Look after themselves and the wider team
  • Improve creativity and productivity

Sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly and home practice will be required. Books and meditation downloads will be provided to support home practice.
